About OhSun

What is OhSun?

OhSun is a female-founded and owned beach accessory brand headquartered in Dubai. We design, produce and sell a wide variety of unique beach bags, handbags, sandals and beach accessories across the UAE and around the world.

Why shop at OhSun?

Our unique collections and stylish products are consciously custom-made by hand, using all-natural materials and sustainable practices. We work with passion, pride and purpose to empower women, support our ecosystem and bring a ray of sunshine to our customers each day.

What are the bags made of?

The base of each bag is made of Ata leaves, Pandan leaves or Mendong grass, typical plants in Bali and surrounding areas. We only use ethically sourced and responsibly harvested materials and all OhSun products are natural, eco-friendly, durable and sustainable, though some bags are decorated with cowrie shells, cow leather or duck feathers.

Payments

What kind of payment methods can I use?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, such as Visa or Mastercard.

Will VAT apply to my order?

VAT for the country where you are based will be automatically applied to your order.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

We are based in Dubai, so orders in the UAE will not be charged any customs or import duties. However, international orders may be charged customs or import duties – this varies greatly from country to country. OhSun is not liable for any customs duty, clearance charges or taxes that may be imposed on your order.

Delivery & Returns

Can I get free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery for orders in the UAE above AED 300, for orders outside the UAE above USD 300.

Can I return my order?

We do accept return items within three (3) days of delivery. When returning items, please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging and labels and have not been used or damaged. After a quality check, items will be eligible for refund or OhSun store credit. For returns, please email us at hello@oh-sun.com or WhatsApp us at +971 50 647 8608.

Is delivery free for any returns or exchanged items?

HOME DELIVERY
Delivery in 1-2 working days in Dubai – 20.00 AED
Delivery in 1-4 working days in the rest of UAE – 30.00 AED

Shipping will be free for orders over 300.00 AED.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have three (3) days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Oh-sun.com.

RETURNING TO THE SELLER DIRECTLY – FREE

HOME COLLECTION – 20.00 AED (Dubai)
HOME COLLECTION – 30.00 AED (Other Emirates)
The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE UAE

Express Shipping by DHL.
Shipping will be free for orders over 300.00 USD, otherwise calculated at the time of check out. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns or exchanges outside of the UAE.

When exchanging items, please ensure that your goods are returned in their original packaging and labels, and have not been used or damaged in any way. Following a quality check, all items will be requested for OhSun store credit within 48 hours of the Seller receiving the item(s).

Please note that we will not be liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product(s) and this will be invoiced to you, the customer.

Caring for your OhSun Bag

Your OhSun bag is produced following the highest standards of quality, so will look great and last a long time if you care for it well. Here are some tips to care for your bag:

Using your bag

OhSun products are made with natural materials, therefore Please handle with care for longer product life. Shells and feathers are all natural and may break.
Protect from direct light, heat, rain.
Don’t overload your bag.

Storing your bag

Hang your bag out of direct sunlight.
If you store your bag in your closet or handbag box, place it in a cotton or fabric bag, not a plastic bag.
Store your bag filled with tissue paper or bubble wrap to maintain its form.

Cleaning your bag

Clean your bag with a microfiber cloth.
Brush the bag using a soft bristle brush.
Sanitize your bag using a soft, moist cloth.
