- We use STRIPE as our payment processor, allowing customers to make payments using Google Pay or credit cards.
- VAT and duties will be added during the checkout process.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards and Google Pay.
Shipping Methods
- We offer different shipping methods based on customer preference, including fast delivery in Dubai (same/next day, excluding Sundays and holidays), as well as standard delivery across the UAE, GCC and globally.
Returns, Exchanges, and Dispute Resolution
- If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience, please contact us at hello@oh-sun.com, and we will strive to resolve the issue.
- Exchanges and returns are only accepted within three (3) days of receiving items for customers located in the UAE.
- When exchanging or returning items, please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging and labels and have not been used or damaged.
- After a quality check, items will be eligible for refund or OhSun store credit within 4-5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Please note that OhSun will not be liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed upon receiving the product(s), and these charges will be invoiced to the customer.
- OhSun does not offer free delivery for returns and exchanges.

- OhSun retains ownership of all website content, trademarks, logos, product images and other intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.
