Introduction
- These terms and conditions govern the use of the OhSun website and the purchase of products. By using our website, you agree to abide by these terms.
- OhSun is the trading name of OhSun FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, under the OhSun FZE Trade License.
Scope
- We offer shipping to all countries within the GCC and internationally. Shipping information will be provided during the checkout process when customers add items and set the shipping address.
Product Information
- All our items are consciously custom-made by hand, using all-natural materials and sustainable practices.
Pricing and Payments
- We use STRIPE as our payment processor, allowing customers to make payments using Google Pay or credit cards.
- VAT and duties will be added during the checkout process.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards and Google Pay.
Shipping Methods
- We offer different shipping methods based on customer preference, including same-day delivery in Dubai, as well as standard delivery across the UAE, GCC and globally.
Returns, Exchanges, and Dispute Resolution
- If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience, please contact us at hello@oh-sun.com, and we will strive to resolve the issue.
- Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receiving items for customers located in the UAE.
- When exchanging items, please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging and labels and have not been used or damaged.
- After a quality check, items will be eligible for OhSun store credit within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).
- Please note that OhSun will not be liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed upon receiving the product(s), and these charges will be invoiced to the customer.
- OhSun does not offer free delivery for shipping and exchange orders.
Intellectual Property
- OhSun retains ownership of all website content, trademarks, logos, product images and other intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

- We collect and use customer information in accordance with our privacy policy. Please refer to our separate privacy policy document for more details.
Modifications and Termination
- OhSun reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify customers of any changes through our website or other means of communication.
