OhSun is the trading name of OhSun FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, under the OhSun FZE Trade License.

These terms and conditions govern the use of the OhSun website and the purchase of products. By using our website, you agree to abide by these terms.

Scope

• We offer shipping in the UAE and internationally. Shipping information will be provided during the checkout process when customers add items and set the shipping address.

Product Information

• All our items are consciously custom-made by hand, using all-natural materials and sustainable practices.

Pricing and Payments

• We use STRIPE as our payment processor, allowing customers to make payments using Google Pay or credit cards.
• VAT and duties will be added during the checkout process.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards and Google Pay.

Shipping Methods

• We offer different shipping methods based on customer preference, including fast delivery in Dubai (same/next day, excluding Sundays and holidays), as well as standard delivery across the UAE, GCC and globally.

Returns, Exchanges, and Dispute Resolution

• If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience, please contact us at hello@oh-sun.com, and we will strive to resolve the issue.
• Exchanges and returns are only accepted within three (3) days of receiving items for customers located in the UAE.
• When exchanging or returning items, please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging and labels and have not been used or damaged.
• After a quality check, items will be eligible for refund or OhSun store credit within 4-5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
• Please note that OhSun will not be liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed upon receiving the product(s), and these charges will be invoiced to the customer.
• OhSun does not offer free delivery for returns and exchanges.

Intellectual Property

• OhSun retains ownership of all website content, trademarks, logos, product images and other intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

Privacy Policy

• We collect and use customer information in accordance with our privacy policy. Please refer to our separate privacy policy document for more details.

Modifications and Termination

• OhSun reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify customers of any changes through our website or other means of communication.
